Question
I was wondering if you could give me some clues on how to locate an address
of my cousin who I believe lives in Moscow.  I know her first and last name
(unusual german last name).  My uncle lived in Moscow for many many years
and  even died over there.    He never married the mother because he had a
wife in the United States.  I would like to reach her because there is a chance I
will be going to Moscow and would like to meet her.

Dear Lisa,
It's not that easy to someone in Moscow knowing just name and surname. Are you sure the girl uses her father's surname if he wasn't married with her mother?
There are some TV shows which look for people. One is "Jdi Menia" (eng. wait for me). People write there and find their relatives or friends etc. But i don't think if they can help...you can try
