we are two chinese girls want to trabel in  Kamchatka this month. could you tell us what things there should we take care, is there any legal and safe tour we can join?

In order to visit Kamchatka you need a visa.  If you want to be a tourist then you need to have a tourist visa. In order to get the invitation to apply for a tourist visa you need to book a tour.
