I would like to find an inexpensive place to stay in Kazan for a few days in June.  A bed and breakfast would be fine, or an inexpensive apartment.  Hotel rooms seem too expensive to me.  I would like to find something cheaper.  Less than $30 per night, if at all possible.  What would you suggest?  Or where can I get more information?
