dear aaltje,


we are interesting to spend our next summer vacation visiting kamchatcka, we are a couple of middle age italian people.

we want to know what you suggest to visit,how we can organize our tour, where we can sleep, we don't like too hard life, we are expert travellers but due to stressed life in italy we are interesting in confortable place.

do you know also if there is new  transiberian
train as our intention will be to spend two days on the train and then flight to kamchatka

Yes, there are wonderful places in Kamchatka to visit.  And there are some excellent hotels that can accommodate you as well.  Also some B & B's that offer simple but more of a cultural experience.  You can spend some time around Petropavlovsk then perhaps take a car or a bus to Esso which is a full day drive in the countryside where you will find some smaller villages that are inhabited by the Koryak and Ittelmen people.  One of the Web Site that you might want to visit is the www.kamchatkatourism.com Web Site to get some additional ideas.  You may also wish to contact one of our partners in kamchatka explorekam@gmail.com or any of the other tour operators listed on the Web Site.
