As far as I know, I have answered the original request some time ago.  

Again all the excursions in Kamchatka are weather dependent and the weather changes from day to day and from hour to hour.  So you need to be extremely flexible to travel in Kamchatka and have alternatives for travel that includes the use of a helicopter.
