I am going to Russia and landing in moscow a friend is to meet me in Moscow and then after a couple of days we are going to chebolsary and I was wondering what is the best way to travel with the least expense, train ,bus or plane ,I do desire the least expense ,but also the safest and quickest if you can help thank you ?/

CHEBOKSARY is about 700 km from Moscow, ~ 1 night by train or 2,5 hours by plane w/ check in/check out. Trains are 2 or more times cheaper, quite safe… If you are quite experienced traveler – go on with no doubt. The same difference between trains/buses - low cost for less comfort...
