Question I met a wonderful Russian guy who became a really great friend and later my lover. We were really quite close but then he started putting a lot of space between us to the point that we a almost no contact outside of our scheduled date together. I found this very strange because we always had so much fun together and were very intimate each time. I am really crazy about him, but getting annoyed by his dismissive approach. How can I reach him? He can be so cold and rigid with his ideas and routines and I am not like that. I am just a sweet American girl who fell for the cute Russian guy.... Who I cannot figure out!

Hmmm.....I don't think it is specifically the Russianess of him...I think that maybe the relationship is going wrong? Could he be cheating on you?
Although I'm no relationship specialist, but it sounds like you need to sit down and chat with him how you feel. I really don't think it's a cultural problem, but just more of a relationship problem.
