Question Ok there is a guy from Russia names Sergei that I see at work I dont actually work with him, just in the same building...I've never dated any men but American ones, wondering what the best way to get his attention and what Russian men like?
Any advise...He seems a bit shy but I know he is interested in me by the way he looks at me....I just don't want to come across as too aggressive or a stupid american and offend him..

Since his body language is so transparent for you to read the best response would be to look at him in a similar way, and then... To follow with a some ice-breaking move like asking simple questions about his job, his life back in Russia, etc.
I'm sure you'll get to know each other easily.
As for stupidity or aggressiveness, I think that the Russians and Americans are very close in presence of those traits...
