Question
How is thier economy?  What is there cusinie?  How is it living there?

Answer
Hello Carnell, thanks for your question. I couldn't respond yesterday due to computer problem.
1. Russian economy is growing well first of all because of rising costs of oil and gas. Besides energy resourses, there're many other natural resourses abundant in Russia which dominate economy along with armament production... Other sectors of economy are less successful but in general Russian economy in much better shape than it was few years ago.

2. Since Russian Federation is inhabited by many various ethnic groups and nationalities it makes its cuisin very diverse depending on a particular ational group there.
Russians prefer such staples like borsch which is a vegetable soup with meat, various fish, beef, pork, veal, caviar(for those who can afford it...), cheese and other milk products, various fruits and vegetables, especially, onions, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, apples. Bread is one of the key staples of Russian menu and is eaten with almost all entries. In general, Russian cuisin is healthy and balanced, except for a heavy intake of vodka and other alcohol beverages...

3. Living in Russia is better now than it was during first years after the collapse of the USSR. There's a significant social stratification of population there with a small percent of rich and very rich and a majority living on a small income of $150-200 a month...
Russians have much greater exposure to the outside world in a sense of foreign investments and businesses in Russian economy and in a sense of ability to travel, live, work, and invest abroad.

Feel free to ask any additional questions.

Leo.
