Question
QUESTION: Nu iya rhad chto tei menya nashla, e iya tojza dumoyu mei mnogo lyet emeyem vmestye! Spokoinoi noch Katyusha, uvijzu tsebya na lunu

ANSWER: I am so happy you have found me. I think too that we have had so many years together. Good night Kathy, see you on the Moon. (it doesn't look like a Russian person wrote it)

QUESTION: Thank you so much!  He actually moved to the states from Russia as a child so his Russian, as he puts it is "old school" is it possible he's saying 'have' many years together as in the future and not past? (just considering the circumstances would make more sense) .. Thank you so much!! :)

ANSWER: well in fact it's really hard to tell :) it looks as if he'd used machine translation :) and the form of the verb is present, not future.

I can translate word for word

"and I too think we many years have together"

Hope it will help :)

Answer
:))
1) Good morning Kathy, I hope you'll have a good day and ... [something] (maybe - we will have a good time)
2) I wanted to know you better when we were younger, maybe you knew that. well I am so happy we are together again you are so nice and beautiful. I don't know what's going to happen to us next, it's even better.

(just out of curiosity - why is your bf writing in Russian while you don't seem to understand it and he doesn't seem to know it as well as he think he does :)))? )
