Question
WHEN I GO TO STOP THE CAR IDLE DROPS TO WHERE IT ALL MOST STALLS THEN IT PICKS BACK UP.  A FEW TIMES IT DID STALL BUT IT STARTS BACK UP WHEN I RESTART IT,   I CHANGED THE DISTIBUTOR CAP AND SPARK PLUGS AND OIL I THOUGHT MAYBE IT COULD BE THE FUEL FILTER  I DIDNT CHANGE THAT YET  OR MAYBE A AIR LEAK  ANY SUGGESTIONS.  THANK YOU

Answer
This is a fuel injection system problem. Your automatic idle solenoid is sticking, or you have a vacuum leak, dirty injectors, improper fuel pressure, faulty NTC temp resistor, bad air mass sensor, ETC. It could even be as simple as your base idle (mechanically set) is too low, and the injection system "hunts" the correct idle. My 9000 used to do this too. I fixed mine by cranking the base idle up to about 950 RPM. I do not know the exact particulars on your car, so cannot be too specific on my advice. I would check for an idle adjust screw somewhere at your throttle body, and clean  and lube (wd40) your Automatic idle control solenoid. It looks like a motor, and is mounted by your throttle control on the intake. It has two air hoses coming to it and an electrical connector on the end. Take it off, clean and lube it with WD40 and put it back on. If you do not have the AIC solenoid, don't know what else to tell ya...here's some webhelp:
