I can answer any question you have on Sailor Moon (all 5 series, all films, all specials) that are subbed, and any simple japanese language questions you may have.
I speak some Japanese and am currently in the process of translating/watching the musicals too. I have some knowledge on the seiyuu of the Sailor Moon series, as well as the music/associated j-pop.
I have some experience as a cosplayer and can answer any questions you may have relating to cosplay in general and outfit designs used in Sailor Moon.
Experience
I have been watching sailor moon for at least 10 years now, over and over again! I have seen every episode, film and special loads of times. I am very interested in seiyuu and j-pop and also have some good knowledge of voice actresses and their roles through the duration of the Sailor Moon series. I have been involved in some Sailor Moon cosplay projects. I am the most knowedgeable person on the subject of Sailor Moon in the Leeds Anime Society. I run a small cosplay business on eBay and have a particular interest in the costumes of Sailor Moon and their replication. I have not yet seen much of the Live Action Series, but after watching the first few episodes I have no interest in it.

I don't know of any particular shops in the USA that would stock Sailor Moon, simply because I live in the UK!
I would recommend discount anime dvd though...last time I checked they had an offer on that was 'Spend over $100 and get free shipping'...
I was going to buy loads of Bleach but the free shipping doesn't apply internationally T_T The URL is www.discountanimedvd.com
I wouldn't recommend buying Sailor Moon DVD's off eBay....they're almost all pirate copies, which are ok to start with, but the quality degrades quickly and it's just not worth it (been there, done that, won't go there again!!).
Anyway, if you're a bit strapped for cash you could bit torrent download it (using utorrent software, and my fave torrenting website is isohunt).
A lot of people are opposed to free downloading, but sometimes it's necessary - many episodes/specials are not available to buy on dvd and you'd have to download them...for example Ami's first love, SuperS special and, from season 2, episode number 80, which was never licenced for release in the USA. Anyway, I'm a big fan of downloading and the exchange of free information and all that...as I said, sometimes it's even necessary.
