AboutSakura-san Expertise I can answer any questions about any of the five seasons: Sailor Moon, Sailor Moon R, Sailor Moon S, Sailor Moon Super S and Sailor Moon Stars. Also I am able to answer any questions concerning the three Sailor Moon Movies, (R, S and SuperS). From character information or just general knowledge of the show.
I am not able to answer too many questions concerning the Original dub except the English and German. (Excluding the last season).
Lastly, questions about the live action series and the musicals cannot be answered, I am only a little fluent in Japanese and do not have alot of knowledge about them both.
Experience I used to watch this show when I was younger, but of course I couldn't remember the show up until when I was twelve years old when I bought my first Sailor Moon R Box set in English. So over the years I had built up alot of knowledge to the Sailor Moon animé by watching my DVDs, along with the rest of the series online.

Answer I'm sorry to say that Sailor Moon Sailor Stars (5th Season) has never been dubbed and probably won't be any time soon. During the end of the 2nd season, DiC was stripped of the Sailor Moon license and it went to Cloverway, which, did the 3rd and 4th seasons and Geneon (Pioneer) did the three movies. But no one did the 5th season, there's no particular reason why, but one of the reasons are probably because of the gender changes of the Sailor Starlights would confuse the younger audience (as the English version of Sailor Moon was mostly aimed at children whereas the Japanese version was for an older audience). Also, the last episode (episode 200), don't get me started on that... This episode would have been completely tampered with or not shown at all if the last season were to be dubbed.
There are FAN English Dubbed episodes of the Stars season on youtube that you should check out, they are amazing! That's the closest thing you will ever get.
Unless, because the Sailor Moon series has been re-licensed and has already started airing in Japan since September, Italy will get the series next year.
If North America gets the license (and other English-speaking countries) then hopefully a re-dub is on the way otherwise it will be the same old English Dub, but if that's the case, myabe the company who holds the license should be notified that the fifth season should be dubbed and hopefully we'd get it, but I wouldn't put any hope up.
This is a hard question to answer so an accurate answer is impossible to come across. Just watch the fan dubs of the last season and just see where this re-license will go...
