Question
I work for Clearwire internet and i gotta at least get 1 sale a night to look good. i work inside of best buy but people who comes inside not thinking of internet dont be interested in listening to me. Here is the situation... people who buy a laptop or computer saves $100 on the purchase if they go with clearwire. How do i get more sales? is it lack of confidence or is it my voice or what? also can you do research on clearwire so u can understand it better and tell me what you would do/say? i appreciate the help if u reply

Answer
James:

You need to make a business case for why the customer should sign up with Clearwire. What is the cost difference between your offering and the alternatives. Is it reliability? Is it speed, etc. Find out how others in your business have  made their sales. Hang in there - you will win!
