Question Recently I have been promoted as sales manager. My manager said I should appear like a manager, talk like a manager, behave like a manager. Can you please help me on these.

In general as far as clothes go you want to look professional shirt tie suit or sports jacket. Do your homework so that you have as much knowledge as possible about the business. As the Manager you need to demonstrate a role model for your people. Don't be late , Don't be unprepared. always set the example for your employees
