1st find out about your market. Find out who are your competition. find out your competitions dealers are. what products do they sell. what volumes. payment terms in the market i.e. credit periods etc.
You can also get in touch with the consulates of these countries and get a list of the telecom companies in the country. then go to their website and there you will find all the services they provide.
get all the information that you can. find out if these agents are happy. what would make them happier. there will be some who are not happy or are small but have the capacity to grow with your help. these are the guys you need to catch and then you will have to work your heels to make this happen.
