Saltwater Fishing - abercrombie and fitch poles

Expert: Capt. Richie Lott - 10/29/2009

Question
I have two Abercrombie and Fitch off shore fishing poles in great shape and am trying to find out their worth. Would you be able to give me some idea or be able to direct me to where I can find the answer. They both have roller guides in great shape. One is a Monogram R - 30# pole - 6'6" long and the other is 30# Delux - 6'7" long.

Answer
Honestly, I have not had any experience with that brand, but I can tell you they are expensive. I would seek an appraiser that deals with that brand. I saw several of them on a Google Search I performed.

Also, there is some correspondence on Allexperts.com that references their fly rods.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help to you.
