Question
Jesus,

I am possibly interested in moving to the area around Woodland Hills, Thousand Oaks.
Can you tell me a bit about it- rent$, jobs, crime, etc.  Also, to find a job there, what paper
would I look in?

Thank you.

Answer
Woodland Hills is one of the most affluent zones in this area. Crime is very low (like most other upscale neighborhoods). You may find information about jobs in the LA Times Newspaper or Daily News. The area does have a very healty job market and the Warner Center its a social hub. It hosts a Conference center, Theater complex, lots of fine dining, many retail stores, a large mall, and corporate centers. Sorry about the delay, Our internet was broken due to a fiber (opticline) cut!
