I've been discovering or I should say re-discovering forgotten games on old video tapes but they don't tell you what date it is. I'm trying to figure that out by the final scores.

Your best bet to find the dates of the games is to buy a media guide. Go to ebay search for San Francisco 49ers 2004/2005 media guide. I have bought some on there before myself, it should not cost you anymore than about $10. I looked through one of them to make sure and they did have the dates of the games listed by the results.
