I`m an usher at the ballpark, so I can answer ANY questions about being AT a ball game. I know who`s single, who`s married, who`s dating...

Question
I'm a 55 yr old male college student studying early childhood education.I will graduate as a teacher next year and am wondering, since I'm still playing softball and have coached many children's teams sucessfully over the years, and well, I could do that job.  I could facilitate a fun, random, safe, exciting and memorable baseball experience for children at the ballpark.  Is it still happening?
Last time I was there it seemed like it wasn't operating.  Is this so and do they need help if it is?  Thanks   Matt

Answer
The little ballpark beyond left field is part of the Fan Lot.  It does operate most days that there are games (at times there are "special events" which cause the fan lot to be closed down) and also operates during specific hours on some non-game days.  It is staffed by Guest Services and the Giants, and you can contact them at 1-800-SF-GIANT to check when they will be hiring again.
