Experience I have been a Saturn SL owner for 13 years and have done 90% of my own repairs. My car has 320,000 miles on it..
Question This is my daughter's car but I maintain it. The problem is the wiper. Sometimes it works like it is supposed to but most times it will only work in fast speed. When in this mode there is no intermiten or washer fluid. Sometimes it will work for a while, if I pull the fuse and put it back in.
Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Answer It sounds like you have a problem either in the wiper switch on the column. You would need to remove the column cover and take a look at the wires and contacts.
I would say the wiper motor is going but that doesn't control the wiper fluid. That is a seperate pump up by the resevoir. Good luck. Wish I could be more helpful.
Electrical problems are never easy to find and with out seeing it first hand is even harder..
