I have not heard anything, but do know that it has been Ramadaan and Eid. Question - Does it normally take longer in this period to get back to someone? Question 2 - Can you please send me info on recruitment agencies who specializes in placing South Africans? Also, name me a few agencies i can contact.

I am not sure if it would take longer for anyone to get back to you during the Muslim religious holidays. It is very possible, as this is the best time for people to take vacation and time off from work. I would not read too much into it since the focus is more on fasting, family, and religion than work.
I cannot help you with any recruitment agencies. I'm sorry, but I have not had any experience with recruiting agencies.
