Question
I am taking an Interpersonal Communications class in college. I was assigned to do an interview with someone that holds a position in which I am going to school for. I have ten question the instructor approved. Now that I have done the interview how do I format the paper. I did not know if I list the question and then the response or what. Can you help me?

Lynn Smith

Answer
Hi Lynn,
did your professor specify any particular format or style for this class? Like APA or MLA? If not, you could format the interview like I did below. Also, you could use the first letter of your last names to identify questions/answers, just like this:

INTERVIEW

DATE:   September 16, 2005

INTERVIEWEE:  Dympna U-O

INTERVIEWER: Lynn Smith

PLACE:    De Anza College, Cupertino, California

Tape 1 of 1

S:   Thank you very much for letting me to interview you.  How can I call you?

U:  Dympna is fine.

S: Dympna. That is a really rare name?

etc. etc.

Hope it helps, ask me more questions if you need help.
