The most important college success strategy is maintaining good health because if you don’t have your health you have nothing. To maintain good health you need to exercise daily and eat healthily and regularly. This means eating at least five fruits and vegetables a day. If you wake up late and miss breakfast and head off to college then you miss the most important meal of the day. Regular exercise, good food and eating habits is the basic need for healthy body and mind.
The second most important college success strategy is good study habits because studying is important to achieving your goals. To achieve good studying habits you need to plan a schedule ahead of time so you block out all distractions so you can study. Studying requires going over notes right after class, reading and taking in all the information you can. A good way to study is to have a family member or friend to quiz you. A noisy environment with television and music blurring would make it impossible to concentrate and to study. That is why a good study habit is very important because without it, it be impossible to study.
The third most important college success strategy is building a sense of community with other students because helping each other in all fields of study and sports activities would help you pass through college and work in a happy environment. You can study with friends over the internet or phone and visiting each other homes also by having groups study. A sense of community is helping each other and there being with each other helping them through difficult times. Without a sense of community you will be alone without friends and anyone to talk. You have a fear of going to college. Sense of community is essential for helping college students through their college years.
