Science Fiction Books - Sci-Fi Series

Expert: Bill Denholm - 3/28/2009

Question
Hi, I just finished the Honor Harrington series by David Weber, I've been attempting to find something similar but I'm not having any luck. Are you familiar with any long sci-fi series similar to this one, or a long series that follows the same person?

Answer
Weldon,

Well, that is the problem, there isn't that much like the Honor Harrinton series, which I enjoy, too, BTW.  However, if you want to go back in time a bit, Poul Anderson had his Flandry of Terra series, which was quite good.

Have you read, or do you have any interest in reading, the actual Hornblower series by C. S. Forester?

Bill
