Question A number of years ago I read a SF story about a fellow that wound up on a planet that did not use currency, you paid with "obs" or obligations. Also the means of transportation was via large tricycle like vehicle with balloon-like wheels.I've told my son about the story & he would like to read it. Any ideas? Thanks for your time. Regards, Earl
Answer One of my favorite stories
And Then There Were None, by Eric Frank Russell. Available in several anthologies. The easiest one to find is the Science Fiction Hall of Fame Volume 2A, ed. Ben Bova, Doubleday 1973. Read the other volumes of the Hall of Fame also!
