My brother is trying to find a book and I told him I would help. the title is the cee-tee man by Dan Morgan.
Can you help me.

It would appear, from the ISFDB, that that title was only published in England (or the UK). It doesn't look as though there was ever an edition published by a US publisher. If you want to deal with an English bookseller, they might be able to help you. I don't know any English booksellers, though, so I can't recommend one.
