Question
QUESTION: what evaporates faster sugar water or salt water?

ANSWER: I don't know, since I never did that experiment.  It's an easy experiment to do.  Try it and let me know the results, please!

Make sure to use two identical containers and fill them with the same amount of water.  Let the water stand for half an hour to come to room temperature, then add sugar to one of the containers and stir.

---------- FOLLOW-UP ----------

QUESTION: I did the experiment.  My result shows that sugar makes water evaporate faster than salt.  I expected it to be the other way round.  I am trying to understand why I got this result.
