Question
What experiment would be right for me? 6th grade Earthscience electricity

Answer
There are lots of fun and interesting electricity experiments you can do.  Here are the two most popular:

1)  Buy different brands of batteries and test them in your flashlight to see how many hours of light you get before the light bulb gets too dim to see.  Do the more expensive batteries last longer?  Make sure to do all tests using the same flashlight.  Make a graph of price vs. the number of hours the batteries lasted.

2)  Matching game.  Use brads to make a matching game to help people learn their state capitals, math facts, or whatever.  Instructions are on the Energizer Science Center page under "Quiz game".  The link for the Science Center appears below.

if you can't get the link to the Science Center to work, go to www.energizer.com and click on Learning Center on the very top.  Then click on the pink link Visit our Science Center.  They have a LOT of other suggestions for cool experiments.
