Question
QUESTION: Is it possible to do the OT levels outside of the church of scientology. If it is would it be cheaper than in the church.
Also how do you know the OT levels you do outside the church are the same ones as in the church. Also if someone was in COS and was clear and decided to get auditing up to OT7 outside of the church, and then went  back to COS what would be their response to this, would they pleased that person had reached OT7,would they even recognize it,or would they possibly even get expelled.

ANSWER: Hello. Thank you for your questions. Well it is possible but most of the people delivering them that I have come into contact with don't really know the proper way to do them. Another good question which has a complicated answer. The OT levels the church delivers the so-called New OT IV to New OT VII are just an extension of OT III. The original OT levels that  were delivered in the 1970's OT IV- OT-VII (were actual OT levels) have been removed from the Grade Chart by the current management. Why? I have no idea. Having worked in the church in the advanced org on Flag I was there when Ron came out with what is called NED for OTs. It was a special auditing action that cleaned up a person and made him "Cause Over Life". After a person finished the action he would then go onto the original OT levels. The average time it took a person to finish the auditing action called "NED for OTs" (for someone who was a well trained as an auditor) was around 60 hours. The special auditing's other important purpose was to make it possible for the person to do OT-8. Early in the 1980's Ron tried to have people learn to audit their NED FOR OTs Solo. This did not work, not because the tech does not work but because most of the people trying to do the level were not well trained auditors. I have known people who were on that level for more than 10 years. Compare that to the original auditing the person got with an auditor that took an average of only 60 hours. I guess it (the SOLO NOTs) is a real big money maker for the church. Sorry to be so long but that is the truth. As far as a person returning to the church, they would have long since declared the person and they would have a very long route to follow and would probably never be allowed to get the levels. Yes, they might just label the person and expel them. Sincerely, Jay

QUESTION: I think they got the level down to 2 and half years now.If levels ot4-7 not correct does this mean that no one in scientology will make it to full OT.

ANSWER: That may be, but again compare that to 60 hours of auditing. If the guy gets really keyed-out it might take them a couple of months. That is correct. I have even recently talked with a few people who are on Solo N/OTs and again they were not well trained and could not even answer some basic questions regarding OT. Their Training Routines were way out. The had the comm level that compared to the mew of a sick kitten. I asked one guy if he had read all of 'A HISTORY OF MAN" he said he only read parts of it. I asked why only parts of it? He said, "It keys me in!" I said, "And what does Ron say to do about it?" He said, "I don't know, what did he say?" I said, "AUDIT IT OUT!" LOL!  If you can get some older ADVANCE Mags and Source mags form the mid to late 1970's and read the success stories the students had while on their N/OTs and the original OT Levels and compare them to the ones that are in the mags from the 1990's and recent ones, you will see a huge difference. Sincerely, Jay

QUESTION: SO which organization does use the original OT levels. If no organization uses it, does this mean mankind is doomed for ever.

Answer
There are a few but you'd have to be very much what we call
"Safe Pointed". Meaning you'd have to qualify. Sorry to be so blunt but we and other groups were infiltrated some years back. Those individuals tried to sabotage all of our work. Since then we run much stricter security measures. Sincerely, Jay
