Question
I am looking for a Ralph Blue born around 1870ish he was married to Mary Pain in Toxteth Park Liverpool, and was thought to be Dutch by the family, however I can find no birth, death or census record of him.  Could he possibly be Scottish?

  Thanks very much for the question on the Blue Family.  You must have known that I have done some Blue family research.  I cannot find any information on the Ralph Blue you have mentioned.  Certainly if I run across anything that would help I would be glad to forward it!  AS to being Dutch it would certainly possible that because there were Scottish families in Europe and Holland at the time. I would check military records you might find your answer there!
  Good luck in your search!

  Sincerely;
