How can I do up a 10 x 13 picture layout, I have tons of those sizes just not sure what to do with them.

My best recommendation for that would be to look through some scrapbooking magazines/books. Some of these can get pricy so below are some different websites that have examples of layouts.
They are all to scrapbooking stores/companies that have great ideas and products! In addition, you are able to subscribe to these websites and have free updates sent to your email with the newest in scrapbooking!
