Question
Hi Sameer
I read that if someone uploaded a duplicate page to a page on my website, it could downgrade my search engine rankings as the search engines could see it as spam. What if someone created a page with only a copy of the text in my page and did not include the html tags and other things on the page? Someone wrote to me and asked if they could copy and paste all the text on my page on their website or on their blog. Could that lower my search engine ranking for my page?

Apologies Richard for replying so late!
Yes this also hampers rankings as google does not identify which is the original text and marks it as spam.
About your community page:
1. "An inventors assistance society to help inventors"- This is brilliant. This is what is lacking especially in India also. We would love to have something like that.
2. "A weather organization"- Not sure about how will this work?
3. "Restore democracy and prosperity to the country" - Me being an political science post-graduate interests me. We have quite a few people here who would be interested in this, who would like to share their views.
4. "produce the evidence that their prayers make a noticeable difference" - This also will have a mass following.
5. "Practical inventions that save time and money" - Very Useful!!
Richard I have a few people whom I know well and will be interested in this. I will forward the link to them and brief them about it.
