Searching the Internet - Having tabs on my Browser

Expert: Pat Dunlap - 8/17/2008

Question
Hi,Pat. How do I create tabs at the top of my computer screen so I can just click on them to go on different sites back & forth without typing in or looking up my most recently visited websites every time? I had it on my last Acer labtop computer before it had a hard-drive failure. With my protection plan it took Circuitcity close 3 weeks to replace my hard-drive. I live in Virginia and they had to ship it to Lithia Springs, Georgia to make the repair. Now when I'm online I dont see these tabs anymore. I appreciate any wisdom you would like to share.

Answer
Sterling, I think the place in Georgia stole your tabs and are selling them on the blackmarket for a profit...Just kidding.  Seriously though there's got to be a setting in your browser whether it be IE or FireFox, etc. under Tools to let you bring up the other pages (tabs). If you aren't, I'd suggest using the Mozilla FireFox browser and use those tabs, but it might take some learning.  Good luck, Pat
