Question Hi,
I'm trying to start a family tree... I found a ship manifest from my Grandfather that says he came from Kliski, Poland in 1903. I can't find a map from 1903 that lists cities/towns to see what area of Poland he came from.

Answer Maria, are you sure of the name of the town/village, Kliski? I found nothing on that, but did find two in Central Poland with the name Kluski.
* Kluski, Wieluń County in Łódź Voivodeship (central Poland)
* Kluski, Wieruszów County in Łódź Voivodeship (central Poland)
For a 1903 map of that area a library might be a better place to start rather than the Internet. This may help including the Coat of Arms for the area: http://snipurl.com/kl0r1 [en_wikipedia_org]
