Experience I have 25 years experience in looking for answers to the most bizarre questions. For the past few weeks I was listed in the "Miscellaneous" category and folks somehow found me. Please check my ratings there for the past three weeks.
Question My questions is are there any people find,search web sites that are "free" I mean don't charge to see the results of the search. If so can you tell me a good one?
Answer Yes and no, Tony, and a lot of folks get tricked into buying software like Net Detective which they find doesn't work finding people. When I go searching for someone I first type as many variants of the name into Google to see if they left CyberTracks and if in the US might get an address. Then I try Internet Whitepages like www.anywho.com. For some other resources both free and for fee, Google on: find people. Another good resource for ideas even though created for genealogy is at http://www.cyndislist.com Hope all this helps. Pat
