A lot has changed in 30 years, and many consumers have no idea what they are buying, and what they should expect for reliability for their systems. The question is, why are you paying for so many repairs? In the South, re-occurring revenue is extremely important. Do you fall in that category?

Question Hi,
I was trying to disable a couple of features on the system I have but can not find out how to do it, hope you can help. The first feature is the chime that notifies you of 'trouble'. I lose power almost weekly where I live usually in the middle of the night for a short period of time, the chime that goes off on the system usually wakes me up and I was hoping to turn this off but do not know how to program the controller to do so.
The second issue is that we also lose phone service having recently switched to voice over IP, when the intranet line goes down in the middle of the night and the alarm is on, it sets it off and there is another lost night of sleep. Was hoping to turn this feature off as well, where the alarm sounds when there is loss of phone line.
Appreciate any insights you might have
Best Jerry.
Answer I have a simple answer that will cost you $130.00 for piece and quite, and you will get your sleep.
By two BNT600VA AVR UPS, one for each of the equipment.
Your IP phone will not go down...your security system will not go off.
Sweet dreams.
If you like to order these to items...e-mail me.
