How do I stop my control panel emitting regular bleeps when not armed?

Hello Mike, and thanks for your question.

There's some sort of system fault that's causing the beeping.

You'll need to find out what that fault is, and then correct it.

Instructions on how to identify the trouble are on pages 5 and 6.
