Expert: Dave Neuweiler - 6/25/2009

Question
Hi how you doing? I just recently moved into a house that has a FBII alarm system and no manual and I have no Idea what model. The chime that rings everytime a door opens has gotten very annoying and I would like to turn it off. Can you please help me with this problem? THank you

Answer
Hello Connor, and thanks for writing.

Try this on your keypad: #6

This should toggle the chime feature on or off each time you enter it.

Here's a link to FBI User's Manuals"

Hope this helps!
