Security & Fire Protection Systems/SL150 security alarm

No longer need some alarm zones...How can i disable unneeded zone and reconnect at a later time ?

If you don't have access to installer level programming to disable the zones, then the quickest (and less painless) method would be to bypass them at the common control.  Chances are they're wired as "normally closed" with no end-of-line resistors.  Putting a straight short across the zone terminals will "bypass" the affected zones.  If this doesn't work, then the end-of-line resistors should be hard wired in to either the common or zone terminal.  Take the end that's not connected to the control (going out to the field) and loop it across the zone (you don't have to disconnect the wires - there should be enough bare wire to do this).
