Question I have an Ademco alarm istalled in 1998 and had the system programmed to call my cell # when activated. We live in the county and sheriff response times are very slow. THe telephone company did a repair on the incoming lines and knocked off the programing. Is there some where I can get a "how to" reprogram the system???
Answer Hello Mike, and thanks for writing.
Telephone work on a phone line cannot "knock off" the programming on an alarm system, so I think there's a different cause.
If you do a Google search for the "ADEMCO" plus the model number plus "installation manual" you'll get dozens of hits to dealer websites.
Some of these will allow a free download. Others require that you register. Some charge a fee. But you can, with a patient search, locate the manual you need.
