Question -
The smoke detectors are BRK first alerts, and model number is 9120B - do you have any ideas!
Please help,Tonya
Hi, I have a similar proplem like Mathew wrote about with my
smoke detectors. I just had them all replaced and now about every few nights during the middle of the night no set time - I hear 4 chirps, then nothing, I do have a carbon detector but the chirping is not coming from it. Can you please help it is driving me and my dogs crazy? Thanks,Tonya

Answer -
Hi Tonya, and thanks for writing.

Can you tell me the make and model number of your detectors?

Thanks,

Dave

Answer
Tonya, there's nothing in the literature for the 9120B that indicates a series of four chirps.

If you just had the detectors installed, I suggest calling the contractor back to either explain what the symptom means, or to replace the detectors.

Hope this helps!

Dave
