I have completed the Master Gardener course through the Kansas State University Extension. I have experience with a wide variety of seeds and I have also read through Norm Deno's books on seed germination.
Question Hi Tom, Just wondering what to do with the seeds between fall and the time I have to place in fridge. I live in the midwest and you were saying that the seeds should be kept in the fridge for 6-8 weeks. Can they be kept in the fridge longer than that?
Answer Hi Virginia,
Thanx for your question. Yes, you can keep the seeds in the fridge longer than 2 months. I wouldn't go longer than 90 days. You can always, keep the dry seeds in a clean, dry sealable jar. Keep the jar in a cool dark place until you're ready to plant the seeds. I hope this helps.
