Question i have every season of seinfeld except season four i looked up season four and discovered im missing some episodes even with season four like there is an episode where jerry wont accept packages so uncle leo takes his packages and opens it and burns his eyebrows off elaine draws him new ones what season is it in and could there be episodes that arent on any of the seasons

The episode you're referring to is Season 8's "The Package". Another memorable storyline in this episode involves Kramer taking suggestive pictures of George as part of George's attempt to woo the 1-hour photoshop girl. (The "timeless art of seduction".)
All 180 episodes from the series are contained on the DVD releases. There are none that have aired that aren't in the DVD sets.
