Answer I'm not sure about this one. Either you've stumped me or you've got the name wrong. The only Ray that comes to mind is "Ray(mond) Buchinski or Muchinski. This guy cleaned Jerry's apartment and dated a weird girl named Rava who knew Elaine. George or Jerry also believed that Ray stole a statue out of Jerry's apartment.
