Is the woman that played the chambermaid ( Lupe )in season 4, episode "The Trip part 2" the same woman that played Bruce Willis' girlfriend ( Fabienne ) in Pulp Fiction?  The woman that played Fabienne is: Maria de Medeiros
I cannot find who played Lupe though to determine if it is or not. She looks and sounds exactly like the same woman though. Thanks for your help.

Considering the information available in her filmography on IMDb.com I'd say it's almost certainly not here. It doesn't look like she has done any American television and IMDb.com often credits individuals who aren't originated credited for their work.
