Did Simon marry Rose? No
Was Simon the father of Sandy's baby? No(Martin was)
Did Ruthie And Martin Get Together? No(Martin was a womanizing jerk in season 11, and Ruthie wasn't into it anymore)

What happened to the rest? -

Lucy suffered a miscarriage
Eric's heart problems returned and he was told he only had a year to live(but he lived)
The twins' teacher kept flirting with Eric so he pulled them out of school and he/Annie home schooled them

I'm guessing you didn't see season 11?
