Sewing - hemming designer jeans

Question
i bought some designer jeans and need to hem them i would like the hem to look the same as the jeans do now how can i do this...

Answer
Hi Sheila,
Most likely you will need to purchase the jean thread in the same color as the one used on your designer jeans.

Not being able to see what type of hem is used on them makes it a little hard to help.  If it is a simple straight hem, you will just need to stitch the hem as usual.

If the hem is something special, there may be a way of reproducing it.

If I were able to see the original hem, I would be better able to help
