Sewing - pants sewing

Question
hello
when I want to sew pants where do I start my sewing

Answer
HI Hope,
Usually I start with a pattern, then find the material I want to use.
And get the thread, zipper and what ever else the pattern calls for.

one starts by finding the layout of the pattern, places the pieces on the fabric, then cuts the pieces out.

next is usually the zipper, if fly front, or pockets if inset, and front and back center seams.

then the side seams, inseams, waist band, and finally the hem.
