I'm 15 years old and would like to make a vinyl raincoat for a 4-H project.  I found the fabric but I can't find a pattern.  Please Help me!

I found these sites which I hope will be of help.

From the first one what I understand is that you can use any pattern and make it into a raincoat.

Soo, I thiink if you find a simple hooded jacket that snaps or buttons down the front and use the vinyl you will be fine.
